Currently, orders are shipped to Austria, Germany, and Italy. Further destinations may be added in the future.

Once the order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent to monitor the shipment in real time.

To initiate a return, contact us by email within the 14-day withdrawal period. Once confirmed, information how to return your order will be provided. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with EU consumer law. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Contact us immediately with a photograph of the item received. The correct piece will be arranged and sent at no additional cost. In accordance with EU law, full coverage of return shipping applies in this case.

Each piece is crafted from 100% organic European cotton at 230 g/m², using extra fine spun yarn for a substantial yet exceptionally soft hand feel. Finished with a thick 2.5 cm rib collar, designed to retain its form over time.

The garments are pre-washed to minimise shrinkage. A minor dimensional change of 1–3 % may occur over time, which is natural for organic cotton at this weight.

Each piece is crafted from 100% organic cotton – free from polyester blends and synthetic fibres. Polyester is derived from fossil resources, is not biodegradable, and releases microplastics into the environment with every wash. By choosing garments made without it, microplastic pollution is reduced and the piece can be fully recycled at the end of its life.

The cotton used in each piece is sourced exclusively from Greece and Turkey – regions chosen for their proximity, which shortens delivery routes, and for their responsible water management practices. Local sourcing reduces the environmental footprint of transportation and avoids the chemical-intensive cultivation methods common in conventional cotton production.

Organic cotton cultivation requires no chemical fertilisers or synthetic pesticides, preventing soil acidification and protecting surrounding water bodies from nutrient overload. Compared to conventional cotton, organic farming significantly reduces water consumption and lowers the Global Warming Potential – meaning a measurably smaller contribution to greenhouse gas emissions.

Every piece is printed in Vienna using water-based screen printing inks, free from harmful plastics and chemicals. Production runs in small batches to avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste. Packaging and shipping materials are entirely plastic-free – a conscious choice at every step, from blank to finished garment.
